Colorado is so beautiful. I'm sure you'll have a good time. It was fun speaking to you. After we spoke, I went out and did loads of yard work while blaring opera. Then the skies turned dark and it started to thunder!
I just got back from Boulder! I really enjoyed hearing you guys talk. I bought your book. Unfortunately, I had to leave the obnoxious fluorescent lighting and listen from the hall. I really wanted you and my suspected Aspergian husband to talk sound systems... but there were even more fluorescent lights in the hall.
I am a PhD student in Clinical Psychology (at CU) who just attended tonight's talk. Authenticity and humor like yours led me to psychology...thank you for tonight.

I'm so sorry to have missed it, but really enjoyed getting to spend time with you yesterday (and showing you our bus!).
So glad you saw it, too! (Since it doesn't say that now, I was a bit worried about myself.)
John said it seemed to be all CU folks (students, faculty) so maybe that's what they meant by "invitation only."
I'll have to catch him next time...
